Scope
ATS Mobile is a restricted-access business service used by approved ATS clients to manage sourcing, shipping, quotations, documents, invoices, and operational communication with ATS staff.
This policy applies to the ATS Mobile app, this public support website, and related client-support workflows operated by ATS Network.
Information ATS handles
- Account and business profile details such as name, company name, email, phone number, branch affiliation, addresses, and other profile information you provide.
- Operational records such as quotation requests, sourcing requests, shipping requests, orders, shipments, invoices, payment-related records, and the documents attached to those workflows.
- Communications with ATS, including messages, notes, files, and attachments shared through the service.
- App preference data stored on your device, such as selected language and theme settings.
How ATS uses information
- To authenticate approved clients and connect each account to the correct ATS branch or operating team.
- To provide sourcing, shipping, quotation, and document-management services requested by the client.
- To respond to support requests, operational questions, and account-management needs.
- To maintain records required for business operations, compliance, accounting, customs, dispute handling, and audit trails.
- To provide optional service features such as message translation when a user chooses to use that feature.
How information may be shared
- Within ATS branches, affiliated operating teams, and authorized staff who support the client account.
- With service providers that help ATS deliver hosting, communications, translation, catalog, and related technical services required to operate ATS Mobile.
- With legal, regulatory, customs, tax, or professional-adviser recipients when ATS is required to do so or when it is necessary to protect ATS, its clients, or an active transaction.
Retention
ATS keeps information for as long as the client account remains active and afterward for as long as it is reasonably needed for operational continuity, shipment history, invoicing, accounting, customs, dispute resolution, security review, and audit obligations.
Some records may remain linked to completed or in-flight business transactions even after an access account has been disabled or closed.
Account closure and deletion
ATS accepts account-closure and deletion requests from approved clients. To avoid accidental loss of operational records, ATS follows a disable-first process: access is turned off first, then the account is reviewed for any remaining legal or operational retention requirements.
When full deletion is permitted, ATS completes manual deletion from its active systems after the retention review is complete. More detail is available on the public account-deletion page linked below.
Questions and requests
Privacy, account-data, and deletion requests may be sent to privacy@ats.network. General support requests may be sent to support@ats.network.
